Húsið
sem er rétt fyrir utan þorpið, er á þremur hæðum í brekku og gengið er
inn í það á tveim hæðum. Það er alls um 300 m2 auk flísalagðs útipalls
sem er að hluta undir þaki. Útipallur er með borðstofuborði f.
6-8, útigrilli og 10 m. upphitaðri sundlaug.
Í húsinu eru tvær íbúðir, þ.e. ein 60 m2 með einu svefnherbergi og
svefnaðstöðu fyrir tvo í stofu, borðstofu, eldhúskrók með ísskáp og
eldavél. Í stofu er upprétt (Schimmel) piano.
Í aðalíbúðinni eru tvö herbergi með sturtu & WC á neðstu hæð, samtals um 50m2.
Á aðalhæð er svo svefnálma með tveim svefnherbergjum með hjónarúmum og
baði, alls um 50m2, eldhús til suðurs, um 25 m2, og stofuálma með arni
og flygli (Kawai–176sm), borðstofu, gestasnyrtingu, þvottaherbergi með
vélum og aukaísskáp o.s.frv. |

Á efstu
hæð er svo bókaherbergi og vinnuherbergi inn af því með tvöföldum
svefnsófa.alls um 30m2. Þar eru einnig hljómflutningstæki og gott
plötusafn, sjónvarp með yfir 100 stöðvum auk tölvu, og góðar svalir með
vínviði þar sem ljúft er að sitja og lesa.
Eldhúsið er með öllum heimilistækjum og borðbúnaður er fyrir 2x12 manns,
almennt af háum gæðaflokki. Heimilið prýða málverk og listaverk eftir
íslenska og franska listamenn. Öll rúmföt, handklæði og annað lín
fylgir.
Barnarúm
og barnastóll er til reiðu auk bíls með barrnastól ef hentar. Húsið er
hitað upp með olíu og eru venjulegir ofnar í herbergjum. |

A gas stove and an electric Westinghouse frying pan, a refrigerator. An
oven can be available in the washing room upstairs.
A fireplace and a Schimmer piano
Outdoor court with a table for breakfast etc. and in most seasons a lot
of flowers.
Access to the swimming pool and sun terrace.
Linens (sheets, towels and tablecloths provided)
Washing machine and a dryer to be shared with the larger apartment.

ABOUT THE
HOUSE
Standing on a slope you can walk directly into two of it’s three storeys.
The total surface area is around 300 m2 + a terrace which is partly covered
and has a dining table for 10, a barbecue and a heated swimming pool
altogether around 200 m2.
The inside
of the house has two apartments one small 60m2 with one double bedroom and
sleeping for another two in the living room which also has a fireplace.
There are dining facilities and a kitchen corner with a fridge and oven and
utensils for 6 people. A big door leads to
a tiled outdoor terrace with a dining table and access to the swimming pool
which is up the stairs.
The main
apartment has2 bedrooms on the ground floor (one of which is en suite) with
an area of 50m2. On the main floor we have a new kitchen some 30m2, two
double bedrooms and a bathroom. The main living area is divided into a
fireplace area which can seat seven and a sitting room with a grand piano
(176 Kawai) and a dining area, the whole is open plan. Additionally on this
floor there is a utility room with a fridge oven etc.
The 3rd
floor consists of two rooms, the library with a good selection of French,
English and Icelandic books, and a living room which has a TV
(+100stations), writing table and stereo equipment (500+cd’s). Both these
rooms have computer connections.
The kitchen
has a comprehensive selection of cooking utensils and cutlery for up to
twelve people
